Jason King
Jason graduated from the College d’Etudes Osteopathique (CEO), completing the 6 year program and obtaining a Diploma in Osteopathy Manual Practice (DOMP) and is in good standing with the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO). In his sixth year he successfully defended a thesis titled “The Effects of Osteopathic Manual Therapy of the Abdominopelvic Viscera in Non Specific Low Back Pain”. Prior to his Osteopathic studies Jason worked as a Kinesiologist and Holistic Health Practitioner.
Jason has been characterized as being compassionate, caring and empathetic with his treatments. Jason’s approach is holistic in nature; he believes everything has the capacity to affect everything! His work is focused on working with the individual to help them find the root cause of their underlying symptoms and in doing so provide support for a more balanced life. He utilizes gentle structural and functional hands on techniques. Jason works with all individuals including adults, children (including infants), pre and post-natal, and the elderly.
When not at the clinic his other interests include fly fishing, cycling, cross country & downhill skiing and spending time with family and friends.
